Testimonials About Play On Words
Amy has provided so much knowledge and guidance with our children’s learning, not only with their speech but also reading and comprehension. Both of our children adore Amy and look forward to their sessions immensely, so much so they are disappointed if they can’t go! Both of which have made great improvement since their first session with Amy.
Receiving regular feedback to us and the kids teachers has enabled us to focus on what needed practicing at home and school.
Having such a genuine, loving and caring person spend time with our kids has been a great influence.
As parents, not knowing anything about speech therapy before our first session, it has been a positive learning journey for all of our family also. We have recommended Amy to friends and family and will continue to do so.
“Amy does an amazing job personalising and organising everything needed to help support the development of my son’s speech. Amy is always bubbly and encouraging which makes his learning journey enjoyable. Thanks Amy”
“My son and I have been seeing Amy since 2013. My son was diagnosed both Verbal Dyspraxia and ASD at the age of 4. He is now 10. When he was first diagnosed, he only had a couple of words. No was his favourite. Since working with Amy my son can now be understood. Not only by our immediate family but also in the wider communities. He can put sentences together and even have small conversations. This is amazing. Amy is amazing. She has worked tirelessly with him and put up with all his antics both good and bad. Amy always has a smile on her face and seemly loves her job working with children and seeing them achieve. Thank you Amy for helping my son find his voice.”
“Amy was fantastic.
My children loved working with her, she was so friendly and fun they didn’t feel like they were working.
She helped them to fix all of their difficulties and we would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who needs a speech pathologist.”
